  • Mind Wellness - To address life transitions, overcoming obstacles, grief and loss, achieving goals, and improving relationships, I use mindset work, shifting negative thought patterns to more positive ones, visualization, compassionate self-forgiveness, CBT, Co-Active Coaching techniques, the Enneagram and medicinal plants.

  • Body Wellness - To restore your body back to health and address issues such as digestive problems, blood sugar or hormone imbalances, and preparing the body for pregnancy (men and women), I use functional nutrition, botanical medicine, supplements, lifestyle counseling and health coaching.

My Story

Life coaching has been transformative in helping me overcome personal challenges, including recovering from an abusive relationship, battling low self-esteem, and managing anxiety. I struggled with persistent negative thoughts and a lack of direction, feeling lost and unsure of how to move forward.

Through coaching and professional training, I found healing. The tools that helped me, such as somatic practices, mindset work, and the Enneagram, are now the foundation of my coaching approach.

In our work together, you’ll gain clarity, expand your self-awareness, and make empowered decisions aligned with your values. You’ll take meaningful action toward your goals.

With my background in health and nutrition, I also offer a holistic approach, addressing both mind and body. My passion for natural healing led me to study Medicinal Plants at Cornell University, further integrating herbal support into my practice. I believe true healing requires a balanced focus on both mental and physical well-being.

For thousands of years humans have used herbs and plants to heal themselves. I use an evidence-based approach, only using well researched proven and safe plants, marrying ancient wisdom with modern science.

Medicinal plants have natural compounds that offer many benefits for mental health such as reducing stress, anxiety and depression and offer mood balancing and cognitive support. Plants can also help address common challenges of digestive dysfunction, anxiety, burnout and hormonal imbalances.

With a foundation rooted in empathy, active listening, and an understanding of trauma, I strive to create a safe and trusting space where you can openly share your thoughts and experiences. My approach is holistic—blending intuition with proven coaching techniques—to help you gain clarity on your goals, navigate challenges, and deepen your self-awareness.

We all have struggles in our lives. We all go through ups and downs and have to endure some very difficult times. But you don’t have to go through it alone and you don’t have to stay there. My style of coaching is gentle yet can move you powerfully into clarity and I can guide you through turbulent times as a partner and coach. And you might even find that these difficulties are tremendous opportunities to learn and grow.

The skills I will be teaching you can help you improve relationships, handle stress better, improve your self-esteem, and let go of fears and limitations that are holding you back. Understanding how our thoughts and beliefs connect to emotions and in turn behaviours helps us gain insight into our patterns, empowering us to make positive changes in our lives.
